Our Story

It started with a kid and his sketches.

Ben has always seen things differently. While other kids were lining up for soccer or running wild at recess, he was off to the side—drawing, building, imagining whole worlds.

When we saw his artwork, we saw something rare: pure creative voice. No filters. No rules. Just instinct.

So we made a t-shirt. Then a bag. Then more. Not to turn Ben into a brand—but to share the way he sees.

That’s the heart of OneOf.

A place where creativity comes first.

Where being different isn’t something to overcome—it’s something to wear with pride.

Where kids like Ben don’t just belong—they lead.

We’re a small team of parents, artists, and believers in big imagination. Each piece is created by kids, starting with Ben and expanding outward—curating clothing and objects that feel like them, and maybe like you too.

Meet Ben

Ben is eight. He loves Oreos, Disney trivia, his twin sister Molly, and illustrating invented mash-up characters.

Ben is also autistic—which means his brain works in beautifully complex ways that don’t always follow the crowd.

He sometimes skips the small talk. But he never skips the details. His drawings are full of them: intricate creatures, imagined tools, entire systems built from scratch.

We didn’t start OneOf for Ben.

We started it with him.

Because the way he sees the world isn’t just different—it’s brilliant.

Why we do this:

We started with one kid’s creativity—but we knew it couldn’t stop there.

Because for every Ben, there are thousands more kids with big ideas and different wiring who rarely get seen for who they really are.

OneOf exists to flip that script.

Yes, we make cool clothes. But we’re here for something bigger:

To share stories.

To spark conversations.

To create a culture where neurodiversity isn’t just accepted—it’s understood.

Every purchase helps us grow that impact. Proceeds go toward:

  • Growing the effort and highlighting more emerging OneOf artists

  • Distributing information and materials about autism and inclusion

  • Creating merch with a message—shared in schools, events, and community spaces

  • Funding causes and programs that elevate neurodivergent voices through art

This is about creativity.

About belonging.

About turning what makes you different into what makes you strong.

We’re just getting started.

What makes you different is what makes you powerful.

What makes you different is what makes you powerful.

Want to see your art on a hoodie?

We’re always looking for the next OneOf artist.
